The amazing "Lego Gatling RBP v.3" instructions It has been slightly modified since last. If you want you can extend the barrel and support structure for the barrel to load bigger rubber bands (if you extend the barrel it has to be reinforced or else it breaks(extending the barrel isn't included in the instructional video)). ERRORS IN THE INSTRUCTIONAL VIDEO (if you find more errors then tell about it in a comment): 1. At 00:18 there should be two of same size as the gray 2x6 plate(a total of two 2x6 plates), you see it later at 00:20. 2. A yellow 2x6 plate that isn't shown at 00:30 is to be placed as it's shown at oo:33 (under the red 2x3 plate). The white and gray 2x4 plates and the gray 2x3 plate are to be placed like on the picture at 00:36. PROBLEMS WITH THIS GUN DESIGN (if you finds more problems tell about it in a comment): 1. It may jam if your motor or power source is to weak or if the rubber bands are to strong. 2. It will fire faster and faster because of the bigger diameter of the thing that winds up the thread. This is noticed less in v.5 because it has a wheel with a larger diameter and thus the thread doesn't have to be winded as many rotations as on v.3 and therefore the diameter won't get larger as quick as on v.3. 3. The thread will often squeeze itself into the small space between the two Lego pieces that is on the thing that's rolling the thread up, and this makes it to be very hard to rotate and it may cause the gun to jam. Everyone of these problems except maybe 1. has been resolved in v.5, but I probably won't make an instructional video for that one so you'll have to try to build it from the video if you wanna build it. (the following info isn't in the video) If you don't have a motor leave out all pieces which has to do with attaching it and the battery pack. Put a wheel or a crank on the same axle as the thread holder or experiment with gears to make the thread holder to make several rotations per rotation of the wheel or crank. The Gospel of Judas 8/9 The Gospel of Judas is a Gnostic gospel purported to document conversations between apostle Judas Iscariot and Jesus Christ. The document is not claimed to have been written by Judas himself, but rather by Gnostic followers of Jesus. It exists in an early fourth-century Coptic text, though it has been proposed, but not proven, that the text is a translation of an earlier Greek version. The Gospel of Judas is probably from no earlier than the second century, since it contains theology that is not represented before the second half of the second century, and since its introduction and epilogue assume the reader is familiar with the canonical Gospels. The original Coptic document has been carbon dated to 280 AD, plus or minus 60 years. According to the canonical Gospels of the New Testament, (Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John), Judas betrayed Jesus to Jerusalem's Temple authorities, which handed Jesus over to the prefect Pontius Pilate, representative of the occupying Roman Empire, for crucifixion. The Gospel of Judas, on the other hand, portrays Judas in a very different perspective than do the Gospels of the New Testament, according to a preliminary translation made in early 2006 by the National Geographic Society: the Gospel of Judas appears to interpret Judas's act not as betrayal, but rather as an act of obedience to the instructions of Jesus. This assumption is taken on the basis that Jesus required a second agent to set in motion a course of events which he had planned. In that sense Judas acted as a catalyst. The action of Judas, then, was a pivotal point which interconnected a series of simultaneous pre-orchestrated events. This portrayal seems to conform to a notion, current in some forms of Gnosticism, that the human form is a spiritual prison, and that Judas thus served Christ by helping to release Christ's spirit from its physical constraints. The action of Judas allowed him to do that which he could not do directly. The Gospel of Judas does not claim that the other disciples knew gnostic teachings. Curvilinear skin incision along relaxed skin tension lines between sternal notch and cricoid cartilage. Midline blunt dissection down to the trachea (optional depending on technique). Insertion of 14-gauge plastic cannula and needle with fluid filled syringe attached into trachea. Aspiration of air confirms correct placement of the tip in the trachea. Removal of needle leaving cannula in place. Insertion of soft tipped guide wire into trachea through cannula. Removal of cannula leaving guide wire in place. Tracheal dilatation is now undertaken - different techniques do this in different ways. Ciaglia - the sequential insertion and removal of a series (usually 4-5) of increasing larger dilators over the wire into the trachea. Griggs - insertion of a specially designed pair of guide-wire forceps along the wire into the trachea and then are opened to complete the dilation in one step. Rhino - insertion of a single large tapered dilator over a plastic guidewire reinforcement. Frova Percutwist - insertion of a specially designed screw of increasing diameter which rotates to create the dilatation. Insert tracheostomy tube (with concomitant withdrawal of endotracheal tube), inflate cuff, secure with tape around neck or stay sutures. Connect ventilator tubing.
